• Builder needed a neutral design scheme for a new set of townhomes.

• Included flooring, paint, fixed lighting, cabinetry, benchtop and bathroom finishes including vanities, tap ware, and tile  

• The client was happy to take our recommendation to do a custom TV media wall due to a forced living room layout adding some distinction in the design.
