PROJECT VITALS:

​

• Couple with a wine fridge and some antique furniture gutted their historic Federation style home and wanted to blend the home's history (front) and modernity (rear existing extension).

• Weary of racking up more fees with the architect, they wanted more input into the design of their kitchen, stairwell, and built-in features including TV lounge, Study cabinetry, and wardrobes all around.

• Scope included furnishing most spaces including an open living & dining room, TV lounge, study, master bedroom, and rumpus room.

• Not to mention 2 full baths, a powder room & laundry, and exterior colours.
